2. SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND DATA SUBJECTS
When visiting the website, the visitor is anonymously assigned a session ID, with which Google Analytics does not store any personal data, but records the start and end times of the visit and the pages visited for statistical purposes. All new visitors are informed of this practice when they first visit the site and are given access to the Privacy Statement.

Once the cookies are accepted, website visitors will also receive a unique identifier from Facebook Pixel and Google Adwords remarketing will be launched at the same time. No personal data will be transferred during these functions, but visitors will then be exposed to personalised advertising on Google platforms for up to 30 days and on Facebook platforms for up to 180 days.
Only personal data is processed during the application process for the franchise opportunity, and this data is filled in voluntarily and of your own free will. The data will be stored exclusively in the website database and will never be disclosed to third parties.

4. THE DURATION OF THE PROCESSING PERIOD AS DEFINED BY THE DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
Cookies created by Google Analytics and Google Adwords are valid for 30 days, while cookies created by Facebook are valid for 90 days. Session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the website.

The information you provide during the franchise application process will only be stored for the time necessary to provide the service or for the duration of the application process.

5. SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSORS
Both anonymous and personal data may only be accessed by the controller's employees and may not be disclosed to third parties. Apart from the cases mentioned above, the data controller shall transmit users' data to the requesting authority solely out of a legal obligation, provided that the requesting authority has the appropriate legal basis.

6. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY AND USER RIGHTS
The processing is based on the legal basis of the user's consent. The user may request further information on the data processed by the data controller and the method of processing at the e-mail address redcorner777@gmail.com, and may also request the modification or deletion of his/her data at this address.
